May Gratitude Be Your Attitude
We give Thanks for ... GRATITUDE
Here in the USA, we are celebrating our Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. As is our tradition, meditation upon what makes us grateful is our task. For me, these include:
Clarity
No more delusions. No more fake news. Now we see the mass media induced Mass Formation Psychosis. The curtain was pulled away, revealing Operation Mockingbird pulling all the strings. Gaslighting no longer works. Sanity established, and dearly guarded.
Colleagues - fellow truthers
And I owe much of my clarity to the contributions made by my comrades-in-arms, manning the trenches in this infowar. Previously, I extolled my thanks to the med twitter heroes who bravely stepped out in 2020: Med Twitter 2020: shout out to these early frontline heroes
And I do cross post substacks from authors I respect, eager to share their brilliance (and artistry!) — Jessica Rose, Sasha Latypova, Robert Malone, Kevin McKernan.
Light at the end of the tunnel
We are beginning to see the collapse of the bad actors — big Pharma, corporate healthcare, bureaucratic tyrants, bloodline oligarchies. Their assets are gone, their foot soldiers dispersed. After shaking off the darkness of learned helplessness, local grass root leaders are slowly re-emerging to reclaim their communities. Home schoolers are salvaging the children from the indoctrination imposed on youths for generations, pulling them out of the cultural death spiral into ignorance. We can rebuild our lives now, hope springs eternal.
Connection to Mother Nature
I no longer follow and fret over the machinations of the FDA, BARDA, DARPA, NIH, WHO etc. Instead, I turn my attention to the treasures to be found when immersed in Nature’s bounty. Forest foraging, gardening, hiking, sunsets, seasons. Meditating while viewing misty mountain tops, river valleys, deep forests, brings me a long sought for serenity. This joy found in nature extends to new discoveries, seemingly never ending, fueling my curiosity anew.
"In the Spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt"
My Subscribers and Donors
I must also acknowledge the importance of my subscribers and donors. You are uppermost in my thoughts as I write these newsletters each week. Your support is truly inspiring.
My thanks to you all.
Sharing a Thanksgiving Holiday Tradition from the Berkshires:
Arlo Guthrie first sang this ditty back in the sixties and it is now a traditional favorite of the boomers. Yes, it really happened — the church [where Alice and Ray once “decided that they didn’t have to take out their garbage for a long time.”] is still in Great Barrington MA, now housing the Guthrie Center.
"“Peace and love” is still a great idea. “Be mindful of the environment” is still a good idea. “Don’t trash the earth” is still a good idea. “Treat people equally, whether they’re women, or men, or Black or white, or orange or polkadot” is still a good idea.
[At the Guthrie Center] we’re doing our part. The church is still there, doing great stuff. One thing I learned from Pete Seeger was to act locally, think globally. We’ve kept that tradition going."

And just one more ditty from the wintery Berkshires:
